• To make a reservation, a 50% deposit and submission of diver information are required.

• The remaining balance must be settled within one day prior to the start of the diving activities. Otherwise, it will be considered as forfeiting the diving, and the payment made will not be refunded.

• For Local Dive Sites and Doljo: can be refunded if the cancellation is made 15 days before the diving activity. Cancellations within 15 days of the diving activity are non-refundable but can be rescheduled.

• For Balicasag/Pamilacan: non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
